Recently we had Illinois Fence install our cedar fence. They were on time and completed the project in a timely manner. The installers were professional and did a great job. Our new fence is beautiful. I highly recommend Illinois Fence if you need a new fence.
Jason was helpful and installation went well but very poor clean up. We found lots of sharp pieces of plastic and a few nails in our backyard after the project was completed. The company sent a text apology upon hearing this but offered nothing.4/22 Update - While the company responded to my review saying they would provide a small refund, they never actually reached out to me and this was never provided.
This is one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. Their customer service is top notch. I have a tricky situation with my fence install and the owner is getting involved. Fantastic service from start to finish

We are so glad we chose Illinois fence. From the first meeting with the salesperson Jason to the office and installation crew everyone was extremely professional and courteous. The installation by the crew was excellent and was completed in 1 day. Lifetime warranty on materials which are made in America and a 5 year warranty on labor. It seems the main competitor in my neighborhood the fence paint is all flaking after a short time but I understand theirs is imported from China. Very happy with this company, wish I had it installed much sooner it looks beautiful and surprisingly makes the yard appear larger . Really adds security to my home.
Just had them install a vinyl fence and it is amazing! The office staff, estimator, and crew are very professional and detailed. Explained eveverything to my understanding. Would recommend to everyone for their fencing needs!
Highly recommend Illinois Fence! We got a few different quotes and IFC was very cost competitive. They fit us in for a quick install and the new fence looks great!We recently had an issue with a tree branch damaging one of the fence rails and they were very responsive and helped us get it fixed quick!We went with the 6' Vinyl Fence in Khaki.
Jason & his entire team were amazing to work with. The team did a great job with my fence. As anyone should do, I reached out to multiple fence company’s and not only was Illinois Fence Company price the best, I never once felt like it was a sales pinch or forced into picking their product. To me the little things mean the most, whether it was being 100% transparent with re scheduling due to weather or for simply filling out the village fence application permit so that I could easily take it to my village for approval. We love our fence! Carmen was so nice and professional. He didn't even mind my excessive questions. The men that came to install the fence were so quick and professional. They made sure to keep me in the loop with a couple minor snags. They were resolved quickly and with my approval. I would highly recommend this company.

He said I should have called him right away which I did not. Anyway we are very pleased with our fence and Paul's response. Even our son is going to have his fence installed by Illinois Fence. Jason at Illinois Fence is great to work with. He initially helped me with my fence install. Everyone was professional and responsive. In addition when I needed part of a fence temporarily removed for another project, he was able to coordinate it quickly.
Jason showed up on the day of our scheduled appointment and provided an estimate the same day. I called him a couple times with questions which he answered behind going ahead with the proposal. NO sales pressure at all which was nice. Just courteous professional service. The crew came out on the scheduled day and removed the old fence and installed the new one. A 6 ft Cedar, with 5x5 posts that were set in concrete. Very sturdy, well built and very well installed
We just wanted to thank your company. The fence is awesome. The installers were great. I cant believe how fast they are. From the estimate through the install everything was on point.
