Illinois Fencing did a beautiful job putting up our new fence. With the advice of our salesman we went with the aluminum fence, it makes our yard look a 100 percent better. They were quick putting it up & cleaned up after the installation. If I had to replace another fence I would not think twice about who I would call.

They took care of JULIE and the city permit, etc, so we did not have to worry about any of that. The crew showed up on time on our original installation date and was super efficient! The guys were extremely nice, professional, and cleaned up any wood scraps, etc and the sawdust with our hose when they were done. Jason, who is a member of the family that owns the business, came to our house to help manage the fencing mixup. He was so friendly and even asked if we had a dog (which we do) and expedited the process to make sure we had the new fence up asap. Our new cedar fence looks amazing and the gates they installed are also perfect. I've already given out the company's info recommending them to our neighbors who have asked who we used. Thanks again!

Jason was helpful and installation went well but very poor clean up. We found lots of sharp pieces of plastic and a few nails in our backyard after the project was completed. The company sent a text apology upon hearing this but offered nothing.4/22 Update - While the company responded to my review saying they would provide a small refund, they never actually reached out to me and this was never provided.
This is one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. Their customer service is top notch. I have a tricky situation with my fence install and the owner is getting involved. Fantastic service from start to finish

We are so glad we chose Illinois fence. From the first meeting with the salesperson Jason to the office and installation crew everyone was extremely professional and courteous. The installation by the crew was excellent and was completed in 1 day. Lifetime warranty on materials which are made in America and a 5 year warranty on labor. It seems the main competitor in my neighborhood the fence paint is all flaking after a short time but I understand theirs is imported from China. Very happy with this company, wish I had it installed much sooner it looks beautiful and surprisingly makes the yard appear larger . Really adds security to my home.

They fit us in for a quick install and the new fence looks great!We recently had an issue with a tree branch damaging one of the fence rails and they were very responsive and helped us get it fixed quick!We went with the 6' Vinyl Fence in Khaki.

He said I should have called him right away which I did not. Anyway we are very pleased with our fence and Paul's response. Even our son is going to have his fence installed by Illinois Fence. Jason showed up on the day of our scheduled appointment and provided an estimate the same day. I called him a couple times with questions which he answered behind going ahead with the proposal. NO sales pressure at all which was nice. Just courteous professional service. The crew came out on the scheduled day and removed the old fence and installed the new one. A 6 ft Cedar, with 5x5 posts that were set in concrete. Very sturdy, well built and very well installed
