I had previously given an unfavorable review because I thought they weren't responding to me. But Paul the owner called me and made the situation right. He said I should have called him right away which I did not. Anyway we are very pleased with our fence and Paul's response. Even our son is going to have his fence installed by Illinois Fence. Jason at Illinois Fence is great to work with. He initially helped me with my fence install. Everyone was professional and responsive. In addition when I needed part of a fence temporarily removed for another project, he was able to coordinate it quickly.
Jason showed up on the day of our scheduled appointment and provided an estimate the same day. I called him a couple times with questions which he answered behind going ahead with the proposal. NO sales pressure at all which was nice. Just courteous professional service. The crew came out on the scheduled day and removed the old fence and installed the new one. A 6 ft Cedar, with 5x5 posts that were set in concrete. Very sturdy, well built and very well installed
We just wanted to thank your company. The fence is awesome. The installers were great. I cant believe how fast they are. From the estimate through the install everything was on point.
